- ➤ The Tippecanoe Township Volunteer Fire Department will celebrate 75 years and host its Fall Fest this Saturday at Volunteer Station 1 in Battle Ground from 4 to 7, offering bounce houses, candy, and family fun — kids are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes. Star City News
- ➤ Wolf Park will host its Pumpkin Party this Saturday from 4-8 p.m.—the event features live music, crafts, and pumpkin treats for both people and animals, ending with a Howl Night at 7 p.m. Star City News
- ➤ From My Hands To Yours at Mount Hope Church offers free clothing and household items every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and pastor Tiffany Courtney said about 350 families, including 100 new ones, have used the resource as cold weather sets in (the operation has already outgrown its space). The organization plans to expand and will host a fundraising event on Nov. 7 to help secure a new facility. Star City News
