- ➤ Tippecanoe Emergency Management Agency Director Jeff Houston said his team updated emergency plans after Gov. Mike Braun’s comments on Texas flooding and conducted siren maintenance last month. He added that transmitters from near Purdue are being moved to higher ground for better coverage — the agency continues to coordinate with the Indianapolis office and the National Weather Service.
