- ➤ Village Caregiving opened its new facility today + it will focus on one-on-one care to help seniors remain in their homes. Executive Director Jocelyn McCombs said the service meets a growing local need for personalized care. Star City News
- ➤ Lafayette and West Lafayette fire departments hosted their first Battle of the Badges Blood Drive on Wednesday to help address local and national blood shortages + they plan to organize more drives in the future. Star City News

- ➤ Crawfordsville girls track repeated its sectional title at Lafayette Jeff on May 19 with a 'get your point' motto that ended a 29-year gap. - ➤ On Tuesday, May 19, the Harrison girls track team won its sixth straight sectional title at Betty Bolyard Track while Faith Christian's Ashley Caplinger broke an 800-meter record (2:14.84) in a race. The qualifiers will advance to the regional meet on Tuesday, May 26. Journal & Courier
