Former St. John's guard Tara Daye has committed to Purdue women's basketball to add guard depth—she averaged 6.5 points and 4.5 rebounds during her junior season and played only four games last season.

Her signing comes as the team adds more transfers to strengthen its roster.

McCutcheon boys volleyball ended its first IHSAA season on Saturday with a 15-10 record after losing the sectional final to Zionsville 25-19, 25-14, 25-18 + Coach Keith Crisler said the team made important gains as first-year pioneers in the sport.
