Data from Realtor.com showed that homes in Tippecanoe County sold in May for a median price of $312,500—up 7.6% from April—with eight single-family homes selling for over $1 million while prices for condominiums and townhomes fell 29.1% and overall recorded sales dropped 7.6% compared to May last year.
