🎓 Education
Purdue biomedical engineering students spent two weeks at Parkview facilities as part of a new immersion program to study patient mobility challenges and explore health-care innovation.
The program also supports future work with Parkview’s upcoming West Lafayette hospital — set for 2028.
🏈 Sports
Purdue coach Matt Painter said freshman guard Luke Ertel, Indiana Mr. Basketball from Mt. Vernon High, must learn to lead the Boilermakers — he is known for his aggressive play as he faces tough backcourt competition.
Purdue football will depend on a healthy George Burhenn to boost its tight end passing game as injuries challenge the roster and coaches look to him for leadership (he excelled in spring camp and helped secure a Big Ten win) in West Lafayette.
