Harrison High School senior Lilyann Peters won the state FFA Award for Environmental Sciences after leading a project to replace invasive plants with native ones in the school courtyard (she will represent Indiana at the National FFA convention in the fall and plans to study agronomy at Purdue).

Lafayette Jeff senior guard Da'Niyah Johnson will play college basketball at Marian-Ancilla in Plymouth.
