  • Purdue basketball coach Matt Painter said he is getting his team ready to play High Point in the NCAA Tournament—he expects the game to be a tough test for the Boilermakers.  Journal & Courier
  • Purdue guard Fletcher Loyer left his game against Michigan with an elbow injury and was later seen with an ice pack on his left elbow. Coach Matt Painter said Loyer will not practice Monday because of an elbow sprain but is expected to join the team for Thursday’s NCAA Tournament first-round game against High Point.  Journal & Courier
  • Indiana high school boys basketball semistate pairings will be revealed at 3 p.m. Sunday via IHSAAtv.org — host sites include Michigan City, Elkhart, Logansport, Lafayette Jeff in the north and New Castle, Southport, Seymour and Washington in the south. Next Saturday’s games will use a two-game format to decide which teams advance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the state finals.  Journal & Courier
