- ➤ Purdue faculty member Julian Gallegos helped lead the American Nurses Association’s approval of a new men’s health nursing specialty — the first set of scope and standards aimed at addressing local health disparities. - ➤ Two Lafayette area athletes reached the podium at the IHSAA state swim championships held at the IU Indianapolis Natatorium on Feb. 28.
