- ➤ Dare to Bare returns Feb. 6 (7 to 8:30 p.m.) at Riverside Skating Center with a jungle theme for swimsuit skating, hosted by the West Lafayette Parks Department. Admission is $7 with a $3 skate rental fee, and free pizza and hot chocolate will be served after skating. Journal & Courier
- ➤ Plumbers in Lafayette are very busy today because subzero temperatures are causing frozen pipes and water heater issues — they advise residents to let faucets drip and keep cabinets open to prevent costly repairs.
